| Never disappointed with service level I receive at OTAR. Always feel you provide honest assessment of my vehicle needs and identify bogus claims from local dealer. |

| I always feel taken care of by the employees at Old Towne Auto. I drive all the way from Centreville to use their service. Most other auto repair shops make me feel take advantage of, but not Old Towne Auto. I really appreciate their kind and helpful customer service! |
